What People are Asking Me

  • As a recovered coach, I am trained to be a valuable addition to your treatment team – supporting you through the in-the-moment struggles in between sessions and giving you a mentor that you can relate to.

I will work with you in real life, day-to-day situations that other team members may not have the ability to perform due to time constraints or legal reasons.

In addition to sessions, I offer meal sessions and support between sessions via text and voice memo.

  • I work with young girls and women who are ready to heal their relationship with food and live a life free from their eating disorder – whether you’re building your recovery team or if you’re trying recovered and trying to kick your eating disorder thoughts out for good.

I work with anyone who is struggling with the following: anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, orthorexia (an obsession with clean eating), body dysmorphia, or compulsive exercise.

Minors must have parental or guardian consent to work with me. I do not work with young girls or women who require a higher level of care such as hospitalization.

  • No! A lack of diagnosis should not stop you from reaching out for needed support. I work with anyone who is struggling with disordered eating and/or body image issues – whether it’s diagnosed or not.

  • I am 100% virtual with the exception of in-person Eat the Cake Collective events.

I work with clients both out-of-state and internationally.

  • As a coach, my role is to help you through the how of recovery. We will focus on the present, the here and now, and work together towards recovery. I offer text and voice memo support between sessions, which is what sets coaching apart form therapy.

As someone who has lived experience and has recovered from an eating disorder, I know how hard this journey can be. I hold space for your journey and allow you to see heard, seen and most of all, safe. I’m here to support you in the present and the in-the-moment struggles that you face daily.

Therapists are licensed professionals that help you get to the root cause of why your eating disorder may have begun. A recovery coach helps with action towards recovery.

  • Unfortunately, I am not covered by any insurance plans. However, I am happy to provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement through your insurance if that’s an option for your plan specific benefits.

  • I customize pricing based off my client’s needs. During your connection call with me, we will assess the level of support you need and discuss an investment you feel good about. I offer pay in full or payment plan options. I would never want financials to hold you back from healing.
